About Us

Harbour Island is a unique and prestigious development located within the private gates of Marsh Landing.  It was designed for the most discriminating tastes and yachting enthusiasts.

If you desire to own a home in a golf course community in Ponte Vedra Beach and have your boat docked in the back yard, this is the only location in Northeast Florida.

Harbour Island is an ultra-exclusive 140-acre, 127 lot community graced by majestic oaks and towering native pines and palms.  The site is essentially an 8-mile-long island with 6,600 feet of Intracoastal frontage, connected to the country club portion of the Marsh Landing development by a 400-foot-long bridge.

It is at the very least an engineering marvel.  A serious of meandering canals were dug inland, just east of the Intracoastal Waterway.  The canals spill into bulkhead lagoons around which spectacular homes are constructed and offer private Intracoastal access for boaters living within the development.  Waterfront home sites are equipped with unifloat docking systems accommodating vessels of 30 to 70 feet. It is truly paradise found.

Also available are beautiful home sites, which back up to calm, scenic coastal marshes, where wildlife is in abundance.

The crown jewel of Harbour Island is the Yacht Basin, a 6.5-acre body of water anchoring the development’s southern tip.  The basin features 23 lots located directly on the water, and are surrounded by a lushly landscaped promenade for casual walks.  A 6-foot privacy wall separates the promenade from the elevated back yards of homeowners.  Residents can stroll out their back doors, climb aboard their vessel, and slip into the Intracoastal Waterway enroute to either the Atlantic Ocean or the St. Johns River – all without an inconvenient drive to a marina.

Each basin lot includes docking facilities, and additional slips are available for use by residents who do not live directly on the water.

The canals are tidal and free-flowing, which allows convenient and immediate access back to the Intracoastal without using locks.

At the northern end of the island lies The Estates, which features a scenic arboreal drive and includes two-acre home sites, half with a frontage of 180 feet or more on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Harbour Island is a place to enjoy the relaxed manner of country club living, while at the same time enjoying the beauty of a truly unique and exquisite community where the vision of prestigious living never disappears.
